Quick & Simple 3x3 cards

Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share a quick post to show you some really quick and simple 3x3 cards that I made. These type of cards would be great to have on hand for an unexpected Birthday, Get Well, Thinking of You, etc. These were made using a 3x6 piece of Card Stock, scored at 3" on the 6" side. Once folded on the score line, you are ready to decorate. Really quick and simple!!

On this card I used Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry Card Stock. (Love these colors!) I also used Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Pads. The "Just for you" stamp is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set. The flower is punched using the Boho Blossoms Extra-Large Punch.

For this card I also used Crumb Cake and Rich Razzleberry Card Stock. I stamped the images using Soft Suede & Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Pads. Stamp Sets used were: Pocket Silhouettes and Teeny Tiny Wishes. I love the new Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch. Stampin' Up! has several punches to choose from. Let me know if you have any questions about any of the products used on these cards.

Dark & Dreary

Hello Everyone,

It has been a beautiful day here in Indiana. A very busy day, but beautiful weather. I started the day off by going to our Stampin' Up! meeting this morning. Our monthly meetings are so much fun. We get to create a make-n-take, share ideas, earn awesome prizes and just have FUN! After the meeting I headed to my great niece's birthday party. That was also a fun-filled time!

Today's card is what I made for our monthly card swap. Each month at our downline meetings we have a themed swap. This month's swap was Halloween cards. On Stampin' Up! website, there is a place where demonstrator's can share their creations. I cased this card from another demonstrator named Diana Gibbs. Thanks Diana for the inspiration!!

Here is a list of the SU supplies used: Pumpkin Pie Card Stock, Old Olive Card Stock, Basic Black Card Stock, Whisper White Card Stock, Wicked Fun Specialty DSP, Dark & Dreary stamp set, Black, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White Stampin' Pads, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Modern Label Punch, Word Window Punch and 1/2" Lace Trim.

Please contact me if you have any questions about any of the product used. Also, if you have not received the new Holiday Mini, please let me know and I will get one to you. There are so many awesome items in this catalog!

Aviary

Hi Everyone!

Wow....I have been a terrible blogger!! Sorry it has been a while since my last post. Life is so busy, which I am sure many of you would agree.

I am loving this weather that we have been having here in Indiana! I love fall and we have had a few mornings and evenings that have been perfect. We are really hurting for rain though.

Well, today's card is one that I cased from Kelly Birrell. In one of my previous posts, I talked about how we have a themed card swap at our monthly downline meetings. Kelly had brought this card as her swap and I just fell in love with it and knew it was something that I wanted to try. I did change the colors of cardstock and inks. "Thanks Kelly" for inspiring me to create this card! You can view her SU blog @ http://mysocalledlife-kjb.blogspot.com.

Check out SU's new 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog and the new Holiday Mini catalog by clicking on the catalogs on the sidebar of my blog. You can also view them on my SU website by going to: http://shellyraines.stampinup.net/. If you have any questions about today's card, please don't hesitate to contact me. I love sharing ideas!!

Have a great day!

While at Stampin' Up! convention there were so many demonstrations using new product from this mini.
